This is the perfect opportunity to embrace the magic of winter and create memories that will last a lifetime. Head to the festive centre of Adelaide in an igloo winter wonderland and enjoy the ultimate melted cheese experience in Festival Plaza.
Book your own private igloo and fire pit with your family and friends (6pp to Max 8pp), let your love for cheese fill your stomach and warm your heart. Raclette is a long-time crowd pleaser. More than a dish, it’s a fun experience to share with your loved ones! EXCITING NEWS – Due to high demand, we’ve opened bookings for smaller groups! You can now reserve tables for two inside our big igloo. Please note, the igloo will not be private, but you will get your own fire pit.
INSIDE THE IGLOO
The table is set beautifully, ready for your party. The Raclette cheese is sliced, the charcuterie and pickles are on a board, potatoes are in the bain marie, the mulled wine is in the urn and the Raclette grill (to melt your cheese) is warmed up on the table. You are all set for an incredible food and cheese experience.
Next to your igloo, a warm fire pit and some wood.
HOW IT WORKS
Melt your own Raclette the way the French do. With passion! Over your potatoes and your charcuterie – aka cured meat – or simply on your plate, it’s up to you how you carry out your Raclette experience. Under the fairy lights of your igloo, gaze up at the sky, but don’t forget to look out for the melting cheese in your pan.
DESSERT IS AROUND THE FIRE PIT. GRILL YOUR MARSHMALLOWS.
Don’t forget to keep a little bit of room for your giant marshmallow skewers, waiting for you outside, ready to be roasted over the wood fire pit.
WHAT IS INCLUDED & PRICE.
Cost – $99PP. (You can book your igloo for a party of 6pp or 8pp)
- Private igloo with table, chairs and cutlery for 1.5hrs to enjoy Lunch or Dinner.
- For 8 people= 1.6kg of Raclette Cheese, 880g of Charcuterie, Potatoes, pickles.
- For 6 people= 1.2kg of Raclette Cheese, 660g of Charcuterie, Potatoes, pickles.
- For 2 people= 400g of Raclette Cheese, 220g of Charctuerie, Potatoes, pickles.
- One glass of warmed mulled wine.
- 1 skewer of giant marshmallow per person to roast on your fire pit.
- Wood for your fire pit.
